A MAN has been charged with murder following the discovery of a body inside a house Moulsham Street in Chelmsford.
Michael Brennan, a 22-year-old cleaner from the Melbourne area of the city, is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court tomorrow morning.
The male victim is believed to be from Hertfordshire.
Police expect to identify him on either Monday or Tuesday.
