Landlord fined £2,000 for dumping mattresses
A LANDLORD was fined nearly £2,000 for dumping two mattresses in the street.
Mr Hon Shu Pang, of Southchurch Road, Southend, left a mattress in Essex Street on October 21 and another in the same street on November 3.
Pang admitted both offences at Southend Magistrates’ Court.
He was fined £650 for each offence and told to pay £468 costs and a £65 victim surcharge.
