Trains are running late and may be shorter than usual due to an earlier points failure.

All lines have reopened following the failure at Forest Gate, but some Southend, Clacton, Norwich, Braintree, Colchester, Ipswich and other services remain affected.

Trains from London towards Shenfield were unable to run on one of the two lines at Forest Gate due to a points failure.

Network Rail engineers have identified the fault and trains are now able to run on their booked lines, however there may still be delays of up to 15 minutes.
