CANVEY Rotary Club donated £500 to a charity set up in memory of a young girl.
At a recent Club meeting, Malcolm Tugwood President of Rotary Club of Canvey presented a cheque for £500 to Jacqueline Harris from the Indee Rose Trust.
Jacqueline went on to tell the Club members about the Trust which was set up in memory of Indee Rose who sadly passed away after suffering a brain tumour. The Trust supports the families and children diagnosed with brain and spinal tumours by supplying the children receiving treatment with a treasure box of personalised treats.
