POLICE are investigating after a thug was filmed stamping on a man’s head in a vicious street attack.

The incident, which took place in Church Road, Shoebury on Sunday afternoon, was filmed by a shocked onlooker.

The video shows a man getting out of a silver Ford and attacking a man who was riding his bike.

He appears to stamp on the victim’s head before kicking and punching him in the face.

The victim is able to run off but leaves his bike behind which the suspect then destroys by jumping up and down on it.

“Something has to be done about the crime in Shoebury because it is getting really bad.
