Southend's Carnival is taking place on Saturday.
About 20,000 people are expected to come along and enjoy the procession.
There will be 60 floats and acts for one of the largest carnival processions in the country.
The procession will include music, dance displays, bands and big costumes.
When and where
The carnival takes place on August 18.
The procession starts at 6.45pm at Southchurch Park, Southend.
It will reach City Beach at 7.30pm and finish at the seafront at Shorefield Road at about 9pm.
Where is the best viewing spot?
City Beach is the best place to watch the carnival.
How to get there
The beach is a ten to 15 minute walk down High Street from Southend Victoria Train Station, a 10 minute walk from Westcliff Train Station or from Southend Central Train Station.
c2c, which runs trains into Southend Central, will be putting on extra coaches to take people to the carnival.
For those looking to drive, the best car parks are Seaway, the Royals or Tyler Avenue.
All other car parks will be closed until the procession finishes.
Is there accessible viewing available?
Yes. Provided by SummerCare it will be at City Beach.
