POLICE officers have issued an appeal after the disappearance of a teenage girl nearly a week ago.
Billie-Jo Gunn was reported missing from Stanford-le-Hope last Sunday.
She is 5ft 4ins tall, of slim build, with shoulder length brown hair and a tattoo of three butterflies on her ankle.
Essex Police says she has connections across South Ockendon and Grays.
A spokesman for the force said: “After a thorough investigation, we are now asking the public for any information that will help us locate Billie-Jo.
“Please contact us quoting incident 1115 of Sunday, November 12.”
