A HOST of acts will come together to raise funds for Help for Heroes with a special charity show at the Towngate theatre, in Basildon, tonight and tomorrow.
Featuring Eurovision star Josh Dubovie as well as teams from Kayzar Dance School, BBC Essex’s Sadie Nine and Sutherland Pipe and Drum band, the double-night show should be a top night of local entertainment.
“We really want a great atmosphere,” says event organisor Derek Chaproniere.
“The more tickets we sell the better the atmosphere and the more we raise for Help for Heroes.
“We’ve tried to mix it so there’s a couple of dance troupes, a few vocalists and lots of different things.” The rest of the bill features turns from Fabulous Flo, John Kelly, High Kicks, Geoff Wright, Triple Cream, Danielle Bird, Ross Henderson, Lydia-Lucy, Phillippic Beatbox and Scott Parry.
