We saw the Thriller Live show on Saturday and it was fantastic, unlike the service at the Cliffs Pavilion, Westcliff.
We arrived an hour early because my wife is disabled, so her walking is limited, and there were only eight blue badge parking spaces.
We were confronted with two blue badge spaces with cones on them and reserved notices fixed to them.
When I asked how there could be reserved signs on blue badge sites, I was told there they were for a wedding downstairs.
Then we went for a drink.
While waiting at the bar to be served, the barman walked off round the back, saying he’d be back in ten minutes.
If this is the way the Cliffs Pavilion is going, I will not bother to spend another evening there again.
