BOWERS & Pitsea made it four straight wins as they romped to a 4-1 win against Bury Town.

Bowers were looking to make it four on the bounce against the side that had beaten them 3-0 at the start of October.

And they couldn’t have started much better, with form striker Bradley Warner adding to his growing collection of spectacular Bowers goals.

The forward was played through by Ben Sartain with just four minutes on the clock and he lashed sublimely into the net on the turn.

Warner was involved in the second goal as the home side continued to crank up the heat and it was his strike partner's turn to get involved.

David Knight profited from Warner’s run to fire into the net.

Lewis Manor and Callum Leahy almost added a third while Bury were showing glimpses of getting back into the encounter.

It remained 2-0 at the interval, but Bowers were keen to inflict upon their opponents what had happened to them, and it was 3-0 before long.

Warner was fouled in the penalty area and he got up to score his second.

Bury pulled one back with 20 minutes to go – Josh Mayhew scoring but Bowers were to have the last laugh.

Ben Sartain scored after the ball was cut back by man-of-the-match Warner and it ended 4-1.
