SOUTHEND Manor secured a 3-2 victory over Essex Senior League strugglers Tower Hamlets to keep their top four hopes alive.

Samuel Burton put the home side in front on 26 minutes.

And Manor’s lead was doubled just seven minutes later through Daniel Okah.

Stuart Marshall’s side went in at the break with a two-goal cushion but their advantage was halved less than 60 seconds into the second half.

Saico Djop broke the deadlock for Tower Hamlets.

Djop then completed his brace on the hour mark to get the visitors back on level terms.

Despite being pegged back, Okah sealed the points three minutes later by notching his second to keep Manor fifth.

Basildon United fell behind before the break as Bryan Kyung gave Redbridge a 42nd minute lead.

But Jim Patterson levelled matters five minutes after the interval and the game was turned on its head by Ayoola Odeboyin on 70 minutes.

Reece Tranter sealed the 3-1 win for the 12th-placed Bees three minutes later.
