SOUTHEND Manor couldn’t stop Barking from reaching 100 points for the season as they went down 2-0 in their penultimate match of the Essex Senior League season.
Manor have struggled of late and slipped down the standings as the final weeks of the season have played out.
The result means Manor will end the season in seventh place – having been in the title race just several months ago.
Barking were 2-0 winners at Southchurch Park, with Joe Pearman getting both goals.
Basildon United drew 1-1 with FC Romania as their season ended with a draw.
The Bees finish the season in ninth after the points were shared at the Stuart Bingham Stadium.
Toby Clever scored the first after he was left unmarked at the far post, with David Leader impressing in the home goal.
Jamie Brown saw a penalty appeal waved away for the Bees but they were to be awarded a late spot-kick.
A handball in the penalty area gave Yaw Danso the chance to level, which he took with aplomb.
