(Highams Road, Hockley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Highams Road, Hockley in the Rochford District, from Hawkwell Road to White Hart Lane for a distance approximately 16 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th April 2017 for 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AZ0071000574270 - National Grid Gas Distribution) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while lay domestic service works are undertaken by National Grid Gas Distribution. An alternative route is available via Hawkwell Road, White Hart Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 24th April 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Barling Road, Barling Magna) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barling Road, Barling Magna in the Rochford District, from its junction with Mucking hall Road to its junction with Little Wakering Road for a distance approximately 1439 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th April 2017 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CC11W00000IBB5VCPY1 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks. org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replacing telegraph pole works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Barling Road, Silchester Corner, Southend Road, Little Wakering Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 27th April 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Northfalls Road, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Northfalls Road, Canvey Island in the Castle Point District, from outside number 1 for a distance approximately 11 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th May 2017 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EC30034764265 - UK Power Networks) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new electrical connection, access maintained for residents at all time works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. Access will be maintained for emergency vehicles and residents at all times.

The Order will come into effect on 9th May 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Craylands, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Craylands, Basildon in the Basildon District (B), from its junction with Peterborough Way to its junction Lincoln Road for a distance of approximately 298m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd April 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EP201EH2221625 - Essex County Council) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while machine surfacing scheme works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Lincoln Road, Peterborough Way, Craylands and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 3rd April 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(North Street, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of North Street,

Rochford in the Rochford District, from a point 110m south of junction

with East Street/West Street for a distance of approximately 20m in a

southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th April

2017 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit.

To temporarily suspend the one way restriction on North Street as

detailed in 'The County Council of Essex' (Various Streets Rochford)

(One Way) Order 1968 for the duration of this closure.

The scheduled dates may vary for these works (AZ0071000576715 -

National Grid Gas Distribution) with appropriate signs showing and/or

displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety

of the public and workforce while new gas connection works are undertaken by National Grid Gas Distribution.

An alternative route is available via Bradley Way, West Street, Ashingdon Road, Dalys Road, North Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 8th April 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(First Avenue, Shotgate) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of First Avenue, Shotgate in the Basildon District (B), from Fanton Chase to Bruce Grove for a distance approximately 237 m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th April 2017 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EC30034764312 - UK Power Networks) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new customer connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Bruce Grove, Second Avenue, Fanton Chase and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 4th April 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Cranes Farm Road, Basildon) (Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 30 mph speed limit on the following length of Cranes Farm Road, Basildon in the Basildon District, from its junction with Upper Mayne to its junction with Gardiners Lane South for a distance approximately 2900 m. (The road is currently 40MPH)

The speed limit is scheduled to commence on 10th April 2017 for 183 days, or where stated on a vaild permit (AZ0071000538907 - National Grid Gas Distribution) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The scheduled dates may vary for these works. The temporary speed limit is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by National Grid Gas Distribution.

The existing 40MPH speed limit on Cranes Farm Road, as detailed in the district of Basildon (Basildon, Billericay and Wickford) (Speed Limit And Restricted Roads Consolidation) Order 2000 will be temporarily suspended for the duration of the works. All other restrictions contained in the order shall continue in force.

The Order will come into effect on 10th April 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Anchor Lane, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less

than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order

under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Anchor Lane,

Canewdon in the Rochford District, from a point approximately 240m

west from its junction with Scotts Hall Road, for a distance of

approximately 20m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to

commence on 3rd April 2017 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid

permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works

(AZ0071000578436 - National Grid Gas Distribution) with appropriate

signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is

required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas connection

works are undertaken by National Grid Gas Distribution.

An alternative route is available via Scotts Hall Road, Apton Hall Road,

Gore Road, Creeksea Ferry Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 3rd April 2017 and may continue

in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed,

whichever is the earlier.

(Park Road, Thundersley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Park Road, Thundersley in the Castle Point District, from a point 135m Southeast of its junction with Raymonds Drive for a distance of approximately 35m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd May 2017 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (EC30034765680 - UK Power Networks) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while electrical cable lay works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Raymonds Drive, Hart Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 23rd May 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 16/03/2017
