(Southcote Row, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

(Southcote Row, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southcote Row, Basildon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with The Fryth to its junction with Southcote Crescent, a distance of approximately 90m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th January 2018 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2232807 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www. roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while repair and patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Southcote Crescent, The Fryth and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 18th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Willow Grove, South Woodham Ferrers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Willow Grove, South Woodham Ferrers in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Workhouse Lane to its junction with Burnham road, a distance of approximately 984m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th January 2018 for 1 night (works to take place between 20:30 and 05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EN0142878334A - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www. roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while reinstatement works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Creephedge Lane, Rettendon Road, East Hanningfield Road, Main Road, Rettendon Turnpike, Woodham Road, Wickford Road, Burnham Road, Fen Roundabout and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 4th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Rectory Road, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Road, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 10m west of its junction with Magnolia Road for a distance approximately 50m in a westerly direction (10m either side of railway bridge). The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th January 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (KL134SSV-78437M-140118A- Network Rail). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while detailed bridge examination works are undertaken by Network Rail.

An alternative route is available via Rectory Road, Ashingdon Road, Dalys Road, Hall Road, Hall Road Roundabout and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 4th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Bridge Path, Langdon Hills (Footpath only)) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984._

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bridge Path, Langdon Hills (footpath) in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 50m north of its junction with Pittfields for a distance of approximately 30m in a northerly direction (rear of 8 to rear 12 Acorn Place). The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th January 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000659356 - Cadent Gas). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new gas connection works are undertaken by Cadent Gas. An alternative route is available via Bridge Path, Pittfields, Acorn Place and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 18th January 2018 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Gifford Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gifford Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 141m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th February 2018 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034782340

- UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installing cable works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.



An alternative route is available via London Road, Gifford Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 18th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Crowsheath Lane, Downham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crowsheath Lane, Downham in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with School Road for a distance of approximately 370m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th February 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2240866

- Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Crowsheath Lane, Hawkswood Road, Sudbury Road, School Road and vice versa.



The Order will come into effect on 18th January 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(James Street, Brightlingsea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of James Street, Brightlingsea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with New Street to its junction with Sydney Street, a distance of approximately 54m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th January 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2240844 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
