Amy Winehouse has checked out of the Priory Clinic, her spokesman has said.
The chart star - known for hits such as Rehab - was admitted to the south-west London clinic last week for treatment ahead of tour dates in eastern Europe.
The singer, who will continue to be seen as an outpatient, is now clear to carry on with tour commitments later this month.
Amy has famously had a battle with drink and drug use since finding fame. Her latest visit is thought to have been at the suggestion of her father, Mitch, over concerns she was drinking too much prior to her live shows.
The 27-year-old singer's spokesman said: "Amy Winehouse has completed her assessment at the Priory Clinic in London and will continue as an outpatient.
"She is now looking forward to playing shows around Europe this summer and is raring to go.
"She would like to send a huge thanks to all her fans for the messages of support she has received over the last week and can't wait to see them."
Amy said last October she had been drug-free for three years.
She is due to play Belgrade on June 18.
