A WOMAN has been questioned following an alleged sexual assault in Shoebury.
Essex Police have interviewed a 54-year-old woman in connection with the alleged incident involving a woman which reportedly took place at Wetherspoons in Frobisher Way, Shoebury, on October 7 last year.
A police spokesman said: "A 54-year-old woman from Shoebury has been voluntarily interviewed in connection with the incident.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
