A MURDER investigation has been launched after a woman in her 50s was found dead at her home in Burnham-on-Crouch.
Police were called by the ambulance service around 12.30am on Sunday, June 9, with reports that a woman had been seriously injured at an address off of Eastern Road.
Sadly, despite efforts from paramedics, the woman, aged in her 50s, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in police custody.
