A MAN will appear in court after two police officers were attacked in Southend on New Year’s Day.
Razzak Feshitan, 34, of Sheldon Road, Upper Edmonton, has been summonsed to appear at Southend Magistrates’ Court on July 8, for two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker and resisting arrest.
The charges relate to an incident at around 2.45am on January 1 where officers were assaulted while detaining a man in Warrior Square.
