A BEACH hut located on Avon Beach has recently been put on sale, with uninterrupted views of the Isle of Wight.

The hut, which is being sold Avon Beach Limited, is on the market for £79,950 and includes cupboards, a gas hob, a gas-powered fridge, a sink, which is to be manually emptied, and French doors leading to the beach.

The rental rights for the huts were released by the company on the 7th January and, due to their popularity, members of the public were seen queuing up to get their hand of one last year. Since putting a post about it on Facebook, the company say they have received a lot of interest.

Victoria Lombard, Marketing Manager at The Noisy Lobster, said: “These huts allow family and friends to gather and enjoy a traditional seaside day.

“Avon Beach, our hidden gem, has a quarter of a mile of sandy beaches and fantastic facilities including a takeaway fish and chip hut, coffee cabin, seafood restaurant and extensive gift shop selling anything from a keyring to trendy leisurewear.”

The size of the hut is 4.1 metres long x 2.1 metres wide x 2.3 metres high and is located right on Avon Beach towards Friars Cliff, within walking distance to catering facilities, public toilets and the car park.
