Detectives want to identify this man who they would like to speak to in connection with a gun being aimed and fired at a member of the public.
Essex Police say the incident happened near to North Road Cemetery, Westcliff.
It is believed the firearm had been aimed and discharged at a man, aged in his 20s.
No injuries were reported.
Armed officers conducted a thorough search of the area but did not locate the weapon.
Officers are treating it as a targeted incident.
The incident happened at about 4pm on Thursday, August 1.
Details were only released by Essex Police today.
