Go along to City Beach on the seafront and wander round a stunning free display of classic cars, from 10am-4pm. The displays are held regularly and always attract huge crowds.

2 Do a good turn and help clean up Thorpe Bay Beach

Join the Southend Beach Care Group tomorrow and members of surfers against sewage in giving Thorpe Bay beach a deep clean, as always all equipment provided and children welcome to take part. The clean up will be on from 10am-12pm. Meet at Thorpe Esplanade.

3 Go green and head along to an Eco fair at Leigh Road Baptist Church.

The event, from 10am-3pm, will be packed with information stalls, talks on environmental topics, craft and tool swap tables, children's crafts, and lots of eco craft stalls where you can buy your eco friendly gifts for Christmas. The David Attenborough film 'Climate change -the facts', will also be screened.

4 See eighties music icon Midge Ure at the Cliffs Pavilion in Southend tonight.

The Midge Ure - Vienna and Visage, The Eighties Tour, will be stopping by the theatre. This is the very first time in the 40 years since it was made that the ‘Vienna’ album will be performed in its entirety. It is also the first time that many of the songs from the debut Visage album will be played live.

The Forum Board Game Club is back this Sunday from 12pm-4pm and anyone who likes playing board games is invited to drop by. A selection of games will be available but feel free to bring your own. Refreshments will be available to buy.
