Bobby launched his End The Trend 2 Troll campaign to make online homophobia a specific criminal offence after being the victim of online abuse himself.

His petition gained more than 100,000 signatures meaning it secured a debate in parliament which is being dubbed ‘Bobby’s Bill’.

As part of his campaign, Bobby visited the college’s Southend Campus to speak to students to raise awareness about the important issue.

He held a discussion in the Pod where students were invited to speak about their experiences online and ask Bobby questions about the campaign.
