A police cordon has been set up in a busy high street after a medical emergency incident.
The cordon and heavy police and ambulance presence has been spotted in Billericay High Street, this morning.
Images show a cordon outside a shop and at least four police cars and about three ambulances on scene.
Witnesses say a man was being treated by medics outside a charity store.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: We assisted Ambulance Service colleagues following reports of a medical emergency on Billericay High Street around 8am this morning."
The ambulance service has been contacted for comment.
