Rayleigh Weir
AN ACCIDENT has partially blocked the busy A127.
Drivers have reported that the accident, at the bottom of the London bound Rayleigh weir sliproad, has caused tailbacks to the Kent Elms junction in Southend.
The AA have stated that drivers should expect delays of around six minutes when travelling westbound on the A127.
Traffic travelling in the opposite direction has also slowed due to onlookers.
