Staff from top seaside attractions have signed up to be hospital volunteers, to help battle the coronavirus.
The workers from Stockvale, owners of Adventure Island, Sealife Adventure in Southend have joined the NHS to back frontline staff.
A Stockvale spokesman said: "Over the last week, a number of Stockvale staff members have signed up to volunteer at Southend Hospital. Duties have ranged from distributing much needed PPE throughout the hospital to assisting porters with cleaning.
"We are incredibly proud of our staff, who were specifically approached because of their outstanding experience in health and safety rolls!
"Please join us in lavishing them with all the praise that they deserve.W
