A BASILDON man has been arrested on suspicion of fraud.
The arrest was made following reports of a rogue trader in Rainham and Mayland between June 13 last year and February 14 this year.
The reports are connected to the construction of three homes in Rainham and one in Mayland.
The 28-year-old from Basildon has been arrested by Essex Police's Volume Fraud Team on suspicion of four offences of fraud by false representation.
He remains in custody for questioning.
