TWO people who were arrested on suspicion of murder linked to the death of a Dovercourt man have been released under investigation.
Gary Henderson, of Rowlands Yard, Dovercourt, died after falling from a balcony of a third floor flat in Duke Street, Ipswich, on Wednesday, June 24.
Mr Henderson, who was described by friends as a trustworthy, lovely person who “did not have a bad bone in him” died aged 64.
A post-mortem examination found he died of a severe traumatic head injury.
A murder investigation was launched by Suffolk Police.
A 24-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man both from Ipswich, who were arrested on suspicion of murder and initially bailed to return to police this week, have both now been released under investigation.
A 26-year-old man from Harwich, also arrested on suspicion of murder, still remains under investigation.
A spokesman from Suffolk Police said detectives are continuing their work to establish the full facts of what took place in the moments prior to Mr Henderson’s death.
He added: “Any witnesses, or anyone with information about this incident, is asked to contact the Major Investigation Team on 101, quoting reference 34924/20.”
