A MAN is wanted by police in connection to robberies in Southend and Westcliff.
Marcus Piper, 26, is sought for questioning by Essex Police in connection to two robberies and an attempted robbery.
The incidents all involved taxi drivers operating in the Southend area.
The crimes saw drivers robbed of cash in the early hours of Saturday August 22 and Saturday September 5.
The attempted robbery took place on Sunday September 7.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "Piper is 5’8 and has tattoos on his legs and arms and the tattoo ‘Marcus’ on his neck.
"He is known to frequent Southend and Shoebury.
"Anyone with information is asked to call Southend CID on 101 or you can visit www.essex.police.uk.
"Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
