A MAN has been charged as part of an investigation into the supply of drugs in Southend.
Thomas Warwick, 29, of Prospect Close, Southend, was arrested at an address in St Clare Meadow, Rochford, on December 1.
He has been charged with being concerned in supplying cocaine and heroin, and acquiring, using or possessing criminal property.
He appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on December 2 and was remanded in custody to appear at Basildon Crown Court on January 7.
A second man, a 21-year-old from Rayleigh, was arrested on December 1 in Rayleigh High Street.
He has been released under investigation on suspicion of conspiracy to supply drugs.
