Police have suspended their search for a missing man after a body was found in woodland.
Officers had issued an appeal for information to help trace Alan Wright, 48, who had been missing since Tuesday morning.
Mr Wright, who was from Waltham Abbey, was said to be wearing a blue T-shirt and grey shorts.
Police had asked the public for information about Mr Wright’s whereabouts but have now withdrawn their appeal after a man’s body was found in woodland off Nursery Rise, Waltham Abbey, this morning (Wednesday, March 10).

A police spokesman said: “The man’s death is not being treated as suspicious.
“Alan’s family has been notified.
“We'd like to thank residents for sharing our appeal to find Alan.”
