POLICE have released new CCTV images following a knifepoint robbery in Basildon.
Essex Police is appealing for information to help identify a man with a distinctive leg tattoo who might be able to help with the investigation.
Officers received reports that staff were threatened with a knife during a robbery at the Cashino Amusements in South Walk on July 16 last year at 11.25pm.
A spokesman for the force said: “He left the scene and headed towards the Eastgate Centre.
"The suspect may have carried out a similar robbery at the same Cashino on May 9, 2023.
“Now, we have released a CCTV image of a man we want to speak to.
"He has a tattoo on his right calf, and was wearing an orange Puma hoodie, black jean shorts and Adidas trainers.”
