TWO people have been injured after a four-car crash in south Essex as police launch an appeal.

Officers were called to Stock Road at around 7.10am, yesterday morning, to reports of a collision involving four vehicles.

As a result, two people were left injured.

But their injuries were not reported to be life threatening or life changing.

Essex Police has now launched an appeal to find the driver of a “small blue car” who officers believe witnessed the moments leading up to the crash.

A spokesman said: “We are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage following a collision in Stock yesterday morning.

“We particularly want to speak to the driver of a small blue car who we believe witnessed the moments leading up to the collision and may have information which could help us.

“If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.

“Please quote incident 154 of 18 March.”
