POLICE are appealing for the public's help to locate a wanted man with connections to Basildon.
Officers want to speak to 32-year-old Brett Bruce in connection with shoplifting offences.
Bruce has connections to the Basildon area. He is described as white with a scar above his left eyebrow and two tattoos on his left arm, one of which says "mum".
An Essex Police spokesman said in their appeal: "We want to speak to Brett Bruce in connection with shoplifting offences.
"The 32-year-old is described as white, with dark hair. He has a scar above his left eyebrow and two tattoos on his left arm. One of these says 'Mum'.
"He has connections to the Basildon area.
"If you have seen him or have any information on his whereabouts, please contact us quoting reference number 42/MR/13850/24."
