Part of the A127 remains closed this morning due to deep floodwater remaining on the carriageway.
The road, between the M25 (J29) and the B186 at Warley in the eastbound direction, is still closed after flooding swamped the county yesterday (January 14).
Essex Highways Bosses first announced the closure yesterday as a result of the flooding, leaving vehicles stuck in flood water.
And the team advised drivers to avoid the area and not drive through the floodwater.
We will bring you updates as we have them.
