A CHARITY sale has raised £2,408 for Southend Hospital’s StrokeBusters appeal.
Fundraiser Joyce Long held the sale at her home in Park Road, Thundersley, from Monday, July 14, to Friday, July 19.
She sold china, crockery and other household goods donated by local people.
The star attraction was a signed photograph of Doctor Who star David Tennant, featured in the Echo last week, which went for £150.
