A GUNMAN burst into a shop and threatened staff during an armed hold-up.
The man went into the Nisa shop on Canvey High Street, where he walked up to the counter, brandishing the weapon.
He demanded cash from the till before fleeing.
The robbery happened between 8pm and 8.30pm on Monday.
