SOUTHEND United’s trio of trialists are to be given more time to impress Shrimpers boss Kevin Bond.
Peterborough United winger Isaac Buckley-Ricketts, ex Hertford Town midfielder Ahmed Mohamed and former Crawley Town left-back Andre Blackman all featured for Blues at Dagenham & Redbridge on Saturday.
And Bond is to now spend the next seven days looking at all three players.
“All of the trialists will be staying with us for another week,” said Bond.
“Isaac and Ahmed both played against Dagenham and I thought Andre did well when he came on too so we will be having another look at them.”
Ex St Johnstone captain Joe Shaughnessy is also believed to be on trial but Bond did not want to comment on the centre-back.
