BILLERICAY Town have been boosted ahead of this weekend’s FA Cup first round tie at Forest Green Rovers after extending Odysseus Alfa and Themis Kefalas’ loan deals.

The duo will remain with the National League South side after agreements were reached with Championship side Queens Park Rangers.

Alfa made the move to New Lodge at the end of September and has earned rave reviews following a string of impressive performances since making his debut in the FA Cup second qualifying round win over Basildon United.

And Alfa was on target as Billericay booked their trip to Forest Green with a 5-2 fourth qualifying round win over Sutton United.

Kefalas joined winger Alfa in making the temporary move from Queens Park Rangers by switching to Jamie O’Hara’s side in October.

The Greek-born central defender has also shone in a Billericay shirt and was at the heart of Town’s back four when they overcame Sutton in an entertaining replay.

Alfa and Kefalas will be available for selection when Billericay make the trip to Forest Green to take on the League Two table-toppers this weekend.

Meanwhile, Billericay are holding the first fans forum since new owners took over the club tonight.
