TO celebrate a successful year at Southend School Sport Partner-ship, the SSCo team took 16 children from four schools to Adventure Island on Southend seafront.

The children were selected because they were good role models and showed leadership skills to younger pupils, a positive attitude and behaviour to all aspects of school life and sport in particular and a positive attitude towards sport in both curriculum and competition. Pupils came from Earls Hall, Friars Primary, Richmond Primary and Prince Avenue Foundation School.

“The children thoroughly enjoyed the day out and very much earned their places on the trip,” said a SSCo spokesman.

“ We would like to say a big well done to all the schools contribution and efforts this academic year.”
